Ordering

• No orders without a working handphone
• Payments are to be in before we order (preorders)
• When the details are put up under “pending “, orders are considered confirmed
• Payments are to be made before the ordering of goods
• If the supplier backed out (before payment), we'll return you 100% of the money you paid or have to cancel your order if you've not paid. We'll try to source for another supplier though
• If the supplier scams us (after payment), we will only refund it profit amount. (So sorry)
• Trades are allowed(: on instocks and maybe handmade items. Please don't tell us things like we've to top up after everything is settled because of reasons like "trade price is higher" and all that stuff. (we're will not be expecting you to trade a $10 item for our $2 item or something, don't worry(: ) if you've something really interesting, we'll consider trading a preorder (for postage trades, you'll have to send it out first, but we won't back out(: worry not) (we'll top up if you do, or/and according to our stated price)
• We're not responsible for the defects on your products (if any).
• Please do NOT keep rushing us about when your items will arrive, we'll inform you when it does
• No backing out once orders are confirmed

Items

• Colour on products may differ a little due to the lighting when the photos were taken
• The handmade items are not 100% perfect as they are, after all, handmade.
• We're not responsible for any broken/spoilt items thru postage (will ensure that it's in a proper condition before mailing it out though(: )
• Please be prepared to wait for a period of 2- 6 weeks for pre-orders
• Strictly no exchanges/refunds can/will be made once the product leaves our hands
• We have every right to cancel your order without prior notice
• Blacklistees (blacklisted by other people), your order may be cancelled or held up till your case if settled.
• As for pre-order instocks / instocks, it's on a first come first serve basis (: 
• 2 and above buyers for any instock will result in bidding/first payment
• We're not responsible for any damaged items during postage

P&C

• Extra fees are chargeable to these cases. [certain special requests] and [having meet-ups]. (read more on the P&C page)
• Payment only through SGD
• We will not be responsible for any damages during the postage process. (We will ensure that everything is in 1 piece before mailing it(:  )
• If we don't received the payments through concealed cash, it'll naturally be considered as not received.
• Only 10% will be refunded it orders are cancelled after payment (this must also be before we send in the orders to our supplier)
